|Recommended: YesGreat Atmosphere — We moved away from The Allison about a year ago, thinking we wanted better. We moved back about a week ago because The Allison is better. From the friendly staff, the awesome amenities, the liveliness of the Fenton area, the friendly restaurants and stores who remembered my wife and I and our dog by name makes for an overall Great Atmosphere.
Bruce, this truly means a lot—welcome back home! We’re so glad you chose The Allison again and that the team, amenities, and vibrant Fenton community made such a strong impression. It’s especially great to hear that both our staff and local partners helped make you and your family (including Pinot!) feel remembered and valued—that’s exactly the experience we strive to create every day.

|Recommended: YesThe Allison — I needed a place to stay like ASAP. I applied on Sunday. I got in that Thursday. Overall my experience at the Alliston has been amazing. The apartment is so nice. Everybody is so friendly parking is amazing getting from the parking deck to the apartment. It’s also really good the staff here amazing service. Amazing. Answered all the questions I had, and got me in a timely fashion People may say this place is expensive but if you want the piece of mind of security and not worrying about anything happened to your car or anything happened to your apartment I would recommend this place the amenities come with it top-notch everything is so easy here and so accommodating and also I have two businesses and I’m 10 minutes from both businesses cary and Raleigh overall my I enjoyed it here you may read some bad reviews but I lived in a lot of resorts apartments condos this by far meet the expectation, the prices really that bad. I would definitely raise a family here it’s so comfortable

Nice apartments.
Fenton sign that i pay each month to see lit up isn't on at all. Iv inquired but no response from the staff.
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Seem to be more preoccupied with new residents than current ones.
I enjoy the stores and the restaurants
|Recommended: YesSecond Week Here — We just completed our first full week here. The entire staff are fabulous, very knowledgeable and helpful. The only complaint we have at this time is the quality of the actual apartments along with the very small sf vs rental cost. The concept is what has won us over with the town center. I would hope the prices do not rise as I believe they are high now.
